DAY 1 Perth

Welcome to Perth, the gateway to Western Australia with its pristine beaches, vibrant parks and spectacular natural beauty. Meet your Tour Director and fellow travellers over a welcome dinner. Your special stay at Pan Pacific starts today. (D)

DAY 2 Perth > Hyden

Located on the foreshore and close to the new Elizabeth Quay development, start your day with a visit to the Bell Tower. Home to the Swan Bells that originally came from Saint Martin in the Field’s Church in London.
Enrich: With your local guide enjoy a walk through Kings Park and the Botanic Gardens and learn about the array of wildflowers found throughout Western Australia. Visit York one of Australia’s most historic towns. Your stay tonight is at the family run Wave Rock Hotel. (BD)

DAY 3 Hyden > Kalgoorlie

See the unusual rock formations of Wave Rock resembling a 15 metre wave frozen in time, formed over three million years ago. Today’s journey takes you through the wheat belt before arriving at Kalgoorlie an active mining town with its grand old buildings, lively pubs and colourful characters. DAY 5 Kalgoorlie > Esperance

Tour Australia’s largest gold producing mine, the Super Pit then tour the wide streets and former ghost town of Coolgardie. Stop to see the impressive salt lake, Lake Lefroy. Continue through Norseman and to Esperance. Overnight is at Comfort Inn Bay of Isles Motel. (BD)

DAY 6 Esperance > Albany

DAY 7 Albany

Visit the moving National ANZAC Museum, built to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Gallipoli landings. DAY 8 Albany > Margaret River

The Valley of the Giants Tree Top Walk provides you with a bird’s eye view of the towering forest. Your ride on the Pemberton Tramway takes you through beautiful Karri and Jarrah forests. Stand in awe at the foot of the famous Gloucester Tree, standing at 61 metres. Travel through the vineyards of Margaret River before arriving at Pullman Bunker Bay for your Special Stay for the next two nights. (BD)

DAY 9 Margaret River

Start your day with a visit to Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse. Climb to the top for panoramic views of the Indian Ocean, Cape Naturaliste, Leeuwin Naturaliste National Park and the beautiful Geographe Bay coastline. Marvel at the crystalline formations of Mammoth Cave as part of your guided tour.

DAY 12 Geraldton > Monkey Mia

Travel to Hamelin Pool to see the world’s best known colony of stromatolites, the world’s oldest living organisms. Continue to Monkey Mia, the jewel of the unique World Heritage-listed Shark Bay, best known for its bottle-nosed dolphins. An abundance of marine
life make this bay their home including turtles, manta rays and dugongs. Accommodation for the next two nights is at Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort. (BD)

DAY 13 Monkey Mia

If the dolphins come to shore you may have an opportunity to meet them under the supervision of a national park ranger.
Freechoice: Relax on a cruise through Shark Bay whilst searching for the dugong, visiting the Blue Lagoon Pearl Farm or sail into the sunset on a cruise. Alternatively, dine on damper around a campfire as you hear stories of the Dreamtime. (B)

Start your day at Shell Beach formed by billions of tiny white seashells. Visit Kalbarri National Park and stop at Hawks Head for spectacular views of the Murchison River gorges which have been carved over millions of years to form dramatic sandstone cliff faces. DAY 15 Kalbarri > Perth

DAY 16 Perth

Freechoice: Journey across the turquoise waters to pristine Rottnest Island for a tour and chance to spot the unique quokka or take a food and wine trail through the beautiful Swan Valley.
